The 8-week Grief and Loss Recovery Program is designed to help individuals understand their grief, validate their emotions, and rebuild emotional strength. Through guided conversations, reflective practices, and supportive techniques, clients gain clarity, emotional relief, and tools to navigate life after loss.
Rather than forcing closure or timelines, this program respects the uniqueness of each grief experience and focuses on healing, resilience, and self-compassion.
